We want you to love your ORI London. If you change your mind, you can return your order within 45 days of receiving it, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

ORI London bags are designed to handle everyday weather. Our recycled nylon and canvas fabrics are weather-resistant, helping protect your belongings from splashes and light rain. While they're made to keep up with rainy commutes and unpredictable forecasts, they're not designed to be completely waterproof or submerged in water.
